St. Valentine’s Day isn’t all about eternal love. Sometimes it’s about heartbreak, so it’s apt that the fantastic Dublin alt-country band I Draw Slow chose today to launch this great new song, “Valentine”.

“Valentine” was filmed at the Hacienda bar in Dublin and stars Aidan Gillen, who showed up on his day off from filming Game of Thrones to be in the video.

You can read the story behind the making of the video here.

The video was directed by actor Hugh O’Conor, who you may remember played the young Christy Brown in My Left Foot.

O’Conor also co-stars in the upcoming Irish comedy The Stag.
