There are still a few hours left in World Down Syndrome Day, so I thought I’d post this wonderful picture of a very happy little fellow. Meet 11-month-old Liam Caseirio from Dublin.

His picture has been liked on Facebook over a million times and shared thirty thousand times this week, making him more popular than Justin Bieber.

Of course, that only makes sense: Liam is a little angel. Justin Bieber is a gobshite.
