That’s all well and good … however, very few writers bother to give this important advice – maybe the most important advice any writer or artist needs to be told:
GET PAID!

In the excellent documentary about Harlan Ellison, Dreams With Sharp Teeth, Ellison has a few choice words on this matter.
This is probably Not Safe For Work … especially if you work at Warner Brothers!
