The only thing I inspire is the cat to get all Luis Suarez on me.This is lovely, thank you; I will have to write an inspired thank you post. By the by, I’m on “The Ask” for your 20 Books of Summer Challenge; very funny. cheers, nxxx

Well, apart from the fact that the book trade is imploding as we watch, everything is fine! People bemoan the fact that bookshops are closing all over the world but they still buy their books online. The effects for publishing and authors are now beginning to become evident
I can see that in time there will be no retail industry, anything that can be bought online will not be bought in shops, the world will be a poorer place. As it is people use shops to decide what they want to purchase and then proceed to buy online. The implications for economies when we will buy our clothing and other things direct from China and they will arrive by post through our letterbox are terrifying.

Hello there! My name is Aya, and I am a fellow book blogger. I couldn’t find your Contact page, so I hope that it is okay for me to comment here. I was wondering if you’d be interested in participating in a small project that I am doing. I wanted to ask a bunch of bloggers (49, to be exact :p), to give me one of their favorite book quotes. I’m going to compile them all in one post and then post it on my blog on the 22nd of this month. It’d be fantastic if you would be a part of this. Just let me know by this Sunday, please, so that I have plenty of time to compile and/or ask someone else. Thank you!
P.S. You are the 46th blogger to be asked!

Love Dublin! Had an awesome experience there…especially at the pub called The Morgue 😉 Well, not only there but Ireland in general. Nothing compares to the green of Ireland countryside…wow.
